E-commerce Development

Stores that convert

Overview

Built to work in the real world

A slow, clunky store leaks revenue on every page — buyers bounce before checkout and never tell you why. We build fast, reliable commerce experiences where performance and conversion are treated as engineering problems, not afterthoughts. You get a storefront that loads quickly, a checkout that doesn't lose people, and an architecture that holds up when a campaign actually works and traffic spikes. Every technical decision is measured against the same question: does it help someone buy?

We favour headless commerce so your storefront isn't hostage to a monolith's front-end limitations — you get full control over the experience while a proven commerce engine handles catalog, cart and orders. Payments are integrated securely and to spec, recommendations are driven by real behaviour rather than guesswork, and analytics are wired in from launch so you can see what's converting and what isn't. The result is a store you can grow, measure and optimize — not a black box you're afraid to touch.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Headless or a platform like Shopify?

It depends on how custom your experience needs to be. Standard Shopify is great when speed to launch matters and the default storefront fits; headless (including Shopify Hydrogen or Medusa) is the call when performance, bespoke UX or complex catalog logic justify the added engineering. We'll recommend based on your goals, not lock you into the more expensive build.

How do you handle payment security and PCI compliance?

We integrate established, PCI-compliant providers like Stripe so card data never touches your servers, which keeps your compliance scope minimal. Checkout is built to each provider's security best practices, with proper handling of fraud tooling and 3D Secure. We treat payments as the highest-stakes part of the build and test them accordingly.

Will migrating hurt our SEO?

Not if it's done carefully — we preserve URL structures where possible, map redirects for everything that changes, and keep metadata and structured data intact through the move. We plan migrations to minimize downtime and monitor rankings and crawl health afterward. Protecting your existing search traffic is a first-class requirement, not a hope.

Do the AI recommendations actually lift revenue?

They can, when they're built on real behavioural data and measured honestly. We wire recommendations to actual browsing and purchase signals and track their impact through your analytics, so you can see whether they're earning their place rather than assuming they are. If a given approach isn't converting, the instrumentation tells us, and we adjust.
