The challenge

The problem we set out to solve

Debt-recovery operations are notoriously manual and fragmented, with agents juggling disconnected CRMs, dialers, spreadsheets, and compliance rules across hundreds of thousands of accounts. Without intelligent prioritization, teams spend as much effort chasing low-probability accounts as high-value ones, and inconsistent outreach depresses recovery rates. The sheer volume of accounts makes it impossible for humans alone to decide who to contact, when, and how, at the right moment. Every hour lost to manual data entry and tool-switching is an hour not spent on productive contact. The opportunity is to let AI orchestrate the workflow so agents focus on conversations, not administration.
