The problem we set out to solve
Fuel is one of the largest and least-controlled costs in fleet operations, and it leaks in ways that are hard to see: overfilling, off-network purchases, non-fuel spend on fuel cards, and outright fraud. Finance teams typically discover problems weeks later, from reconciled statements, long after the money is gone and patterns have set in. Without a real-time link between the card transaction and the vehicle, there is no way to catch a suspicious purchase as it happens. Operating in the Saudi market adds the requirement to integrate cleanly with local banking and payment rails. The core challenge is bringing intelligence to fuel spend at the moment of transaction, not after the fact.
